No. “Veep” is. But it’s definitely close second. Here’s why:

1. It’s about movies and we love movies.
2. It’s really funny.
3. Great acting.
4. It’s just the right amount of crazy.

I don’t think it does anything special. It just does everything right. It’s as crazy and silly as you can get without jumping the shark. It seams like a simple recipe but very few shows pull that off.
