Maybe. You still have to be convicted by a jury of your peers. In some areas, you might be safe. Like the sandwich throwing guy, the jury might decide to tell the government to fuck off. Another example, but bad, is Rittenhouse. It turns out you can get away with murder if you’re able to get a sympathetic jury.
