    My longest subscribed channel, Nerd3, has somehow remained almost the exact same channel for over a decade. I don’t know how he does it.

      Probably the same way SteveMRE1983 does - finding a niche and having no need to “spice it up for modern audiences”.

      Because he leaned heavily into Patreon to fund his channel, and now makes content that he wants instead of content to feed the algorithm. Been following him for over a decade and was more than happy to throw him a dollar

      Game Grumps has basically stayed the same too. The only problem is they juggle so many projects like they have the energy of 20 year olds, but they don’t so they always seem tired now.

      I need to watch his ETS2 road trip again. It’s one of my favorite videos on the platform. I’ve got a copy of about the same version he played installed, I should drive along with him next time
