You’ve mistaken misogyny/misandry with patriarcy/matriarchy.
Misandry is by definition the hatred of, distrust of, or prejudice against men, as misogyny is the same against women.
You’ve mistaken institutional sexism with individual sexism.
As I said previously, individuals can be misandrist.
“Doesn’t exist” is a weird way of saying “it’s not as prevalent as the other thing”.
It doesn’t exist the way misogyny does. They’re not equivalent.
