Opposum is the clear winner. Their little human-like grabby hands are a great asset plus as a marsupial they can carry my loot in their pouch.
They are also immune to rabbies.

The opossum has low offense, but it doesn’t need much with such a massive type advantage with all its resistances.
The skunk should be a bat. We need a flying type.

POSSUM used Play Dead. It's not very effective...I’ve heard skunks are actually quite well tempered, but I don’t bless if I can deal with the smell.
