    There are sex offenders who don’t touch kids

    I think you meant pedophiles, since its an attraction. Sex offenders are people who already offended; therefore, touched kids.

    I can agree with the last part, there is no excuse he can make to change the situation for him or others. Also he might be a nepophile, which really highlights the vile part.
