According to Director Noem and Todd Blanche, it was a self homicide, so no investigation into staff is needed. They need to focus on the contacts that radicalized the victim into killing himself.

He shouldn’t have been murdered, but I doubt this story will gain any traction since he apparently does fit the description of how the Trump administration views all immigrants, as violent criminals.
