    Wero is set to be integrated into the Deutsche Bank Mobile and Postbank banking apps at a later date, allowing users to choose between the Wero app and their familiar mobile banking app.

    So… still reliant on Google & Amazon then? Or can their apps run independently of those companies?

      Good point, hope they are aware of that. But this is a much less dangerous reliance compared to how we rely on visa and mastercard.

        Not sure about “dangerous”, Mastercard and Visa have to comply with PCIDSS…

        I’m not sure if Google and Apple do…

    Great. Us Dutch got a precursor of this in 2006. Glad to finally see the rest of Europe catching up.
