That map is fake I think. It’s a map of male circumcision, supposedly, and I guess it looks moderately plausible as that although I still have a couple of questions.

Regardless, I think the volume of random misinformation and distraction, and fake news / accusations of things being fake news, surrounding this entire revelation, is itself pretty illuminating.
