Are these products available in states without legal marijuana? Just confused as to what this really affects, as THC is already illegal federally. Are states with legal weed suddenly not going to sell gummies? Seems unlikely, as they’re already violating the federal law just selling weed to begin with.

And/or under a certain content percentage I think. Laws were set for flower and oil concentrate but didn’t account for making 12oz drinks that contain part of a joint

The limits were on the plants themselves, I believe something like >3% THC, but companies were then able to concentrate the THC and sell it legally. Even in places like ND where I have family and weed is completely illegal, you can buy these delta 9 products.

Yes, depending on your state you can walk into pretty much any “grass station” (a non major chain) and see an array of products, delta 9 is not usually allowed in these states or requires a medical card but there’re close to 300 cannabinoids IIRC while some may be more/less effective, or have no effect at all these products really shouldn’t be sold ATM, there is very little regulation or testing and it’s really up to the consumer to decide if they can trust the brand/lab results, then you have shady stores repacking/refilling, counterfeiting, and selling underage. Now we could pass some common sense legislation and have everything regulated by the FDA/ABC or whatever.
