As NYC elects its next mayor, Governor Greg Abbott said he would "impose a 100 percent tariff" on New Yorkers moving to Texas.

I think it means Texans will have to purchase one whole New Yorker for each New Yorker who moves to Texas?

  Oh I’m sure there will be discounts of up to 3/5ths on certain classes of individuals.
