The original N is from 2004, you’re right. N++ is the modern incarnation and follow up to N+.

I vaguely remember that being different than N++, but it’s been a long time, so I could be wrong
yeah one of the first games I played without a dvd on xbox 360 that was probably 20 years ago.
Man… I spent a lot of time playing the original N along with some level design. Super fun times. Cool to see them still going strong.

I was just playing N++ a few weeks ago, it’s so much fun, minimalist graphics and controls but super tight gameplay and physics
Ooh. Fond memories. A friend and I held the top spot on the coop leaderboards for a handful of levels once upon a time
I picked this up on Steam for cheap today just so I don’t have to hook up my PS4. Still a super duper amazing game.
I have no idea how to unlock the TEN++ content, though.
