you can move the skin up and down, so ur hand doesnt have to slide
I am circumcized so I know foreskin is not a prerequisite for that.
Yeah, but it goes up further and with the head of the penis being the most sensitive area, having that foreskin is quite useful.
It’s not a prerequisite, it’s just that it works better.
