I worked for the U.S. government from 2010-2018. In my new-hire handbook, government employees and contractors were directed to not portray a political alignment while working in an official capacity (say, while wearing a uniform or other identifying clothing, while using a government vehicle, etc) regardless of political party. We were allowed normal civilian rights if presenting as a civilian. Some form of administrative action was mentioned if this rule was broken, presumably up to and including termination of employment.

It’s easier to just buy shit and consume, or submit to the false dreams of what is considered “success” then it is to admit that’s reality.
Understand modern war. And understand it’s not about you or your nation… Because you are just the tools for someone else’s agenda and it doesn’t matter if your joe dumbass in the street or at a dead end job or if you’re in the FBI or a politician… You can still be the tool of something dark. In American politics it practically blatant. This is all so far beyond traditional average taught politics and socialology.

And of course they also monitor house elf magic (like when Dobby performs a levitation spell at Harry’s aunt & uncles house - instant owl letter), and assist gladly with the subjugation and slavery of that race for benefit of the ruling class. Operate in secrecy from the majority of society too, and wipe all knowledge from muggles of their existence and powers, and punish any magic-born that attempt to share knowledge or even perform magic in their presence accidentally.
Prior to (and coexisting with) the Ministry is the Wizengamot Council, whom were both the parliament and high court and also housed at the Ministry of Magic on the second floor. So no separation of power between legislation, the courts, and the police system. Simply plebs, and the elite; whom were both the judge, jury, and worked in the same building with the executioner.
That all went fine while ‘benevolent’ wizards and witches were at the helm. But the Deatheater takeover was inevitable due to the incredibly centralized power, lack of citizens rights and freedoms, and secrecy / broad lack of public accountability.

It’s a show of solidarity with a cause. Colin Kapernick started doing it during the national anthem to protest police brutality.
These agents that were fired were likely exercising their 1st amendment right of free speech to express their support for racial justice.
That they are being fired for supporting racial justice speaks volumes about the scared white people at the helm of the USA.
