      Why? “trump but slightly less” is basically all the democratic party wants to be anymore. It’s why newsom’s their preordained 2028 nominee.

    You know what would get Trump to shut the fuck up? Standing your ground and not bending to his will to prove anything to him.

    You don’t need to show you’re tough on crime to get him to back off. If he’s going to attempt to invade again it’s not going to make a bit of fucking difference how much California man power you have on the streets via CHP. He’s going to do it anyway.

    I feel like Newsome knows this so why the fuck is he doing this tough on crime act?
