Yeah, a friend of mine did something similar to me once. Called me ugly in a roundabout way. I don’t think she even noticed. I can’t even blame her - it’s true after all. Still hurts.
A friend I had not seen in about 15 years, upon seeing a picture of me while we were on the phone, without a skipping a beat, no hesitation, blurted out “You like look bubbles from trailer park boys!”
I played it off, got off the phone, and cried. Straight up cried.
I am sure that one can be fat and cute. Not me, but I am sure someone is.
They didn’t say you were ugly either. They said you were beautiful
they notably had no comment on the fat part unfortunately.
