I work with some Gen Z and I’ll say things assuming they agree with me like “If your raise doesn’t beat inflation it’s a pay cut”, “If your job sucks, steal anything you can like an office chair” and “Why the hell would you ever want work email on your phone”. They tend to respond with some version of “But what about the company?”

it seems thad younger gen z peeps (cliser to alpha) tend to be mor right-leaning n oki with caputalism… somhow.
meanwhile the older gen z peeps (like me) tend to be razher left / leftist even.
