I think what he’s saying is that drug dealers are using the bike lane because it’s faster and more convenient than using a car

iDK Lance Armstrong was on a lot of drugs and spent alot of time on a bike. There is too much of a coincidence. The safe drivers, who don’t need laws to tell them to stay of drugs, will keep us safe.
