    I don’t know what he feels or thinks. I’m just commenting on the click bait title. What I would be interested in is why he’s still allowed to teach at all. Then again, maybe titles like that help direct attention to it and will get us some answers from Harvard?

      It is awkward for a prof to be in world news for romantically chasing after a mentee, asking for advice from someone he knew was a convicted sex predator. Then he is expected to lead a lecture. Maybe you’ve never led a college lecture, but I can assure you from experience that would be a very difficult situation. Maintaining an environment of respect between professor and students is already difficult in normal circumstances

      I mean it is awkward that he seems to be apologizing for a very serious allegation but his apology sounds not too different from “sorry I was 15 minutes lates to class. welp lets continue”. I agree this should have been resolved on the university level but this guy likely brings shit tons of money to the department through his connections and we have all seen with Trump adminstration how board of directors behave when threatened with funding cuts.
