This take is so boring. There are protests and even direct action all across the States. We’re just getting started. You need to change your media sources if you’re not hearing about what’s going on.
I generally agree, but I also think it depends on the capital. There are definitely losers (in the winning/losing sense) in the business world even just two months into the second Trump regime.
I think you’ll find that many (but not all) successful movements are driven by the potent pairing of a legitimately pissed off populace backed by capital.

I don’t think either of those are necessarily true. It’s quite likely IMO that the Trump regime just likes the precedent… If they get away with this, it means they can deport and imprison anyone “by mistake” and then claim oopsie daisy, there’s nothing we can do about it.
