It reflects the will of people, but gets you perma banned on reddit if you even hint at it

2·5 days agoFair enough. I just see that as part of the process. If we didn’t have to guide them, they’d have our jobs already
Edit: not sure why the replies are focusing on customer service chatbots which are agreed to be shit but also not what is being discussed

5·5 days agoThat makes sense. I use it to solve bugs which it’s good at, but don’t use it for writing code. And yeah I do have to fight it a little to stay on track and stop looking for other bugs.
Only yesterday, on my personal free chatgpt account it had to commit to memory “stop stating things as fact that you don’t know for sure” lol. Like you’d think that would be trained in

3·5 days agoI use it in my job and it has increased my productivity so much that my work hours are basically halved. I don’t understand what you guys mean by fighting the machine?
I’m the most senior tech support with coding background and I’m blown away by Claude. I do have to interact with it a lot to get to the root cause of a ticket - is that the fighting you’re talking about?

23·5 days agoI’m Irish and I’ve hated the American war machine my whole life.
I was comparing Bush to Hitler twenty years ago and calling your soldiers Nazis ever since.
Sad to see it come this far, and with such popularity.
The world is truly broken and there are dark, dark times on the horizon.

You shouldn’t eat burritos you find in the parking lot. Buy them fresh, much better.
Unexpected item in the bagging area

Not quite that simple.
I’m one of the few drivers who always drives as if expecting the unexpected. I try to never even put myself in a situation where someone could jump out in front of my car and die (by slowing down when passing pedestrians for example).
But that being said, there is only so much I can do. Maybe some day one of you retards will get yourselves killed and use my vehicle to do it. I don’t want to be held accountable for your follies.
