It’s actually scary that it doesn’t seem like any journalists are trying. I thought we had a few independent ones left, but apparently not.

I remember when Facebook used to just show your friends posts in reverse chronological order. You could react to stuff in real time and it felt great. People would do stuff like watch sporting events and TV shows live and then react with all your friends online.
Then it changed to just pure alogrithm garbage filled with ads.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I’ve read the article twice now and am coming up blank. What was the “first big ask” that the Trump lawyers lost on?
I agree the case is bullshit. I was just hoping to read something about the judge pressing them on something and them failing to have an answer or something. The headline doesn’t seem to be explained in the article.

Our bonuses are tied to Copilot adoption rates. But it’s not able to do anything useful for my actual work, so I have to use it for shit like “Copilot, take this emoji and make it holding a cartoon knife.”
Real glad my children won’t have any water for this.
A while back my work told us to stop using the word “guys” when referring to groups of people since it wasn’t inclusive.
I switched to “homies” and honestly it’s better in all situations.

Ozzy Man’s videos are comedy gold. I don’t know if it’s the accent or the random Australian slang, but that shit cracks me up.
He’s looking up from hell, smiling.
We also have a 92 year old senator. I’ve heard he’s considering seeking reelection in 2 years.

Beat meat, oh it.

I hate that we’ve had to change this calculation from a billionaire to a trillionaire. Both are fucking disgusting numbers.
Also, I swear to God if anyone mentions compound interest I’m gonna strap you to one of Elon’s exploding rockets.

Yeah most doctors refuse CPR. Very few people receive CPR and then have a good quality of life afterwards.

And by “punchline” you mean “Solid Snake’s absolute dump truck of an ass”.

Here’s an NPR article on it: https://www.npr.org/2026/06/30/nx-s1-5827039/supreme-court-campaign-finance
Backed by the Trump Justice Department, they contended that the only justification for imposing a fundraising limit on parties is to prevent corruption, but they maintained that there is no evidence that the law has prevented corruption.
We had the world’s richest man purchase his own government organization in the last election, but somehow we’re not worried about corruption?
I just imagined a pair of balls waking up from the Matrix, looking around, and going “put me back in.”

Dude went a few SECONDS over his time and they arrested him. Even when he said he was done speaking.

This is actually very common across businesses. My company actually has our bonuses tied to AI adoption, so we have dashboards showing people’s AI usage. Other major companies have done the same, which lead to the practice of “token maxxing” where people were using AI to make more AI calls to boost their numbers up.

This movie is one of my first core memories. I distinctly remember standing on the movie theater seats cheering with my brother when they played the “The Touch” and my mom smacking us and telling us to sit down.
I also remember Optimus Prime cussing in that movie (“damn”?) and being shocked - but now I can’t find it when searching. So maybe I made that part up?
I seen people do two cakes: one that’s expensive but is just for looks and one that’s cheap but tasty.
He means he’s anti-sunscreen.
