This is why I’m considering jumping the gun and buying at least the case for the new PC I wanted to get since last year
(My current one doesn’t have a proper side panel so anything would be an upgrade)

So how are they expected to come down? If new capacity becomes available the ai companies would gobble it up again.

I dunno, like stop burning shit for AI crap? It was getting pretty bad by 2020 even before all the current AI grift.
Add tthe newfangled ai bots into the voice menu and it’s a back and forth between your problem and “I don’t understand your problem, could you repeat that?”

It would be hilarious if in the end this would cause the bubble to burst

Reading the comments here, y’all don’t have insulated bags given by the delivery company over there in the US?!

Actually things like Final Fantasy XIV are still very much playable on it

I just straight up refuse to play games running on UE5

I built mine in 2015 and planned to upgrade 10 years later but I was waiting for a better CPU than Zen 5’s X3D lineup (read: either more cores or dual die cache), then the RAM situation happened. This is how I’m playing games on an Intel 4770k in 2026.

They do fuck all even with titles that are “active”, like PSO2. It’s so far behind the big MMORPGs I don’t even know why are they keeping them online, even the lack of content is just absurd.
My favourite rendition is still this one: https://youtube.com/watch?v=UvaKgwvNKhw
