That’s a great explanation in that it’s very clear, concise, and describes it in reasonable detail, but still makes absolutely no sense to me. :)

I should add that he’s not ‘giving’ them away, exactly. His campaign bought them from his publisher with campaign funds, so some of that money went into his own pocket, which doesn’t sound like a grift at all. :|

Any word on what the fee for that application will be?

And last I heard , he was giving out copies of his autobiography to voters as campaign ‘pamphlets’. :D What a looney.
