tbf, both of those tasks could be accomplished with prestidigitation; which is also a cantrip spell.

Wash clothes and folld clothes also require one spell slot each
Wash is level 1 but fold is level 3.

Spell slots are limited to a set number per day, but cantrips can be used as often as you want.
Initially i thought “using phone” meant “making a call” and thinking how tf is that a cantrip!?!? That’s a level 4 spell for me.
