Man, Saab is being extremely shrewd by offering local production with the Grippen - especially in the context of how extra fucky defense procurement of US platforms is getting these days.

Side note: I hope the production diversification is something that Ukraine can leverage too, in terms of expanded general production capacity/speed and airframe availability. And maybe even eventual local production as well.
