Where state contracts will be void if the company contracting speaks or acts out against Israel in the form of BDS. Flood victims here in Texas had to sign a waiver declaring they believe Israel has a right to exist in order to receive state disaster assistance. Before that hurricane victims had to sign a waiver declaring they wouldn’t participate in any BDS activity in order to get help. 38 US states have anti BDS laws in effect.
