Frankly, I doubt this is the true events and there will be some lame reveal that placate the party back into cognitive dissonance.
I wanna add though that my above statement is only in regards to this specific document and that the details of the allegation may not be up to snuff.
When I said I doubt these are the true events I meant the victim was a child undergoing trauma at the time and thus won’t be the most reliable narrator with specifics like dates. And yes, I can believe that a woman remembers wrong what year she was a pregnant and abused teenager (that gave birth to and then witnessed her child’s murder). My memory is SHIT from when I was abused, I remember what happened to me but the how, why, and when could be mixed up with all sorts of other stuff. Just because I can’t recall the events to others in a way that passes scrutiny doesn’t mean it didn’t happen to me and my experience was a lie. It’s completely natural for your brain to record these memories in a distorted way. I suspect this was intentional though so they could paint all further allegations against trump in some negative light

My conspiracy theory is that this and “blowing Bubba” have been tactically released to lessen the impact of any actual leaks. Just look at how the idiot masses jumped on blowing Bubba instead of ignoring it as clearly hyperbolic. People will attach to this with the same fervour. It robs credibility from any real release.
