The pope is technically a head of state position for a foreign nation so he couldn’t run for president while holding that office.
But it would still be cool.
That would be like a President owning and running businesses that get revenue from foreign leaders while he was in office. That would be a conflict of interest and would never be allowed by Congress or the Courts.
