It’s like how you aren’t legally required to render aid in California. If I saw a wrecked car with a maga bumper sticker, then I didn’t see a wrecked car ;)
I take mental note of the fascists in my neighborhood (Trump flags, thin blue line flags, let’s go Brandon stickers, don’t tread on me crap, etc). I live in the middle of a fire risk zone in California. If there’s a fire, I’m not helping the fascists evacuate.
